Cancelled Appointments

We understand that the time we have reserved for you is as valuable to you as it is to us. That’s why we do our best to keep on schedule. It’s also why we ask that you notify us a minimum of three business days in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. This allows us to provide services for our patients efficiently and effectively.

We reserve the right to charge for scheduled appointments that are not kept or are cancelled with less than two business days notice.
